Alicia Urbano
Director of Operations
Alicia Urbano manages the budgets, payroll, and planning that keep both centers running day to day. Alongside the rest of the founding team, she helped open both Centers. She's deeply committed to the families the Centers serve, and is known for the quiet steadiness she brings to every part of the operation. Her warmth holds the day-to-day work together.

Nallely Guzman
Parent University Coordinator
Nallely Guzman runs the Parent University program: coordinating the workshops, instructors, and logistics that help parents build the skills and confidence to support their children's education. A mother herself, she's actively involved in her own children's education, and that lived experience shapes the way she welcomes and supports every family she meets.

Grecia Rodriguez
Community Engagement Coordinator
Grecia Rodriguez helps families connect, grow, and believe in their potential. A proud daughter of Mexican parents, she leads with heart, resilience, and creativity. She is also pursuing her own dream of becoming a teacher — showing her children, and the families she serves, that faith and determination can open any door.

Get Involved
Volunteer
Our volunteers are children, youth, and adults from Huron and Coalinga. They help run events, staff resource fairs, and keep the Community Closets stocked and organized. If you have time to give, we'd love to hear from you.
Partner with us
We work with schools, clinics, agencies, and local businesses who bring their skills and programs to our community. If you'd like to offer a class, host a workshop, or support the center, let's talk.
Know a family who could use our services? Send them our way, or reach out and we'll follow up. There's no application and no cost.
